This template allows states to collect and manage both recipient and supporter information.
Kids' Chance state organizations need people to donate, to volunteer, and to spread the word. We also need to reach the kids. The better information you have, the greater your ability to nurture relationships.
This template includes a table for scholarship recipients and a table for supporters. It includes all the fields we reccomend states collect at a minimum. The first tab provides additional details to help you use the template.
