Register for the 2017 Annual Meeting
May 5 – May 6, 2017
New: The Alexandrian | 480 King Street | Alexandria, VA 22314
Each year, Kids’ Chance of America holds a 2-day national conference where representatives from current and prospective Kids’ Chance state organizations gather to network, share ideas and learn more about the latest innovations and best practices for non-profits.
The upcoming 2017 Annual Meeting, hosted by Kids’ Chance of Virginia, will be held on Friday, May 5 – Saturday, May 6 in Alexandria, Virginia. We are extending this invitation to all state-level Kids’ Chance organizations, partners and sponsors to join us for a robust and exciting program. It is your participation, expertise and support that will help us make this conference an event to remember!
Special in 2017 will be Kids’ Chance of America’s 10th Anniversary. Kids’ Chance was founded for the purpose of creating, assisting and supporting Kids’ Chance organizations throughout the United States and other similar programs that provide educational opportunities and scholarships for the children of workers seriously injured or killed on the job.
We envision “a time when all children affected by a parent’s work-related injury or death can pursue their educational dreams without financial burden.” The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for us to share accomplishments and plan for the future.
We look forward to seeing you in Virginia for another memorable Kids’ Chance Annual Meeting.

The Faces of Kids’ Chance – Shanna C.
“On behalf of my family, and myself we would like thank Kids’ Chance of Indiana for all the support they have given me throughout my college career. Many years ago my father was injured at his job and to this day still has never fully recovered. His injury prevented him from working and still does. While wondering how we were going to be able to afford college for me, my father’s lawyer suggested we apply for a Kids’ Chance of Indiana scholarship. Kids’ Chance has been supporting me throughout my four years of college and helping me to achieve my academic goals; because of them I don’t need to fear graduating in debt.”
